Come and explore the amazing world of the Monarch butterflies with Naturalist Dino Labiste from Coyote Hills Regional Park. We’ll look at the life cycle of these flying jewels as they transform from an egg, to a caterpillar, to a chrysalis and finally emerge as an adult butterfly. What drives the western Monarchs to make the incredible migration as they journey from the northwest of the United States to overwinter in roosting sites along the Pacific coast of California?
If you are interested in learning about these fascinating insects, please join us this Saturday, April 26th from 3-4:30 p.m. in the Meeting Room. This is a free program and no registration is required.
