The Newark Teen Advisory Group is sponsoring a Valentine cookie decorating program from 2:00 – 4:00, next Saturday, February 12th,  in the library  conference room. Heart-shaped sugar cookies will be available to decorate for your Valentine or just to enjoy yourself. This is a free program, and registration is requried.
