I keep having problems with returning books but they still show up as not yet returned. This is the third time that it has happened. I would wait until the books were checked in before leaving but sometimes the books are not able to be scanned in right away as staff is busy with other tasks. I wanted to find out if others are having the same problem of returning books but it still shows as not returned.
