Please consider joining the Newark Library League! They do great work (and it all benefits the library – and you!) All money raised by the Newark Library League goes to the library. The money pays for all of our programs (children, teen and adult programs), which allows us to make them free to the public. The Library League also pays for art supplies for our craft programs, gives the library money to buy extra books and materials and more.

Joining the Newark Library League is easy and membership dues are fairly inexpensive. A family membership costs $20 a year and an individual membership costs just $15 a year. If you aren’t sure about joining, consider making a small donation to the Library League. All money the Library League earns goes back to the community and ensures that the library can provide free programs for the community. Pick up an application form at the Newark Library on your next visit.
